Hi everyone! I am back with another blog! This one is more of a fun, wiki promotion blog! As some may know, I am obsessed with the Netflix series, "House of Cards". As such, I thought what better way to show my love for the show than to write about it! I hope you like it, and as always, thank you for witnessing it!

The wiki was created on January 13, 2013, by our founder, Roger Murtaugh. After a while, it became established, and the wiki had a lot of users. As a Netflix wiki, we only get a new season once a year, so we don't get a lot of edits during the time when the show is being filmed. That being said, the wiki's activity began falling, and it became more of just a wiki where we get a lot of views, but no edits. Viewers are good, but so a…

Hey everyone! I am back today with another blog. This time, it's about discussions! I have been an early proponent of Discussions and I think it is very underrated. When I joined FANDOM back in 2013, forums were the same as they are today. Anyway, I hope everyone likes this blog. Post your opinions in the comments! What do you like about discussions?

Discussions are basically the successor to the Forums. It is very modern, more easy to use, better features, and of course, it is easier to use. One thing I disliked about forums, is that it was largely the same …

Hey everyone! I am going to talk about a subject that is important for everyone to know, especially newer users. Say you have a problem and need to contact Staff, but you don't know how. I am going to tell you different ways to get in touch with them. There are many ways, and if I don't cover them all just tell me in the comments!

By far, the easiest way to get in touch with staff. It's easy, private, and one-on-one. It is recommended that you use this if you need to get in touch with a staff member. Typically, it takes two to three business days, but in my experience it was way less than that. This is the best way to file bug reports. Additionally, this is the only way to do things such as, rename accounts, and activate custom things like …

Welcome to my first blog on Community Central!

I think there a lot of blogs about what vandalism and spam are, and how to prevent it, but I don't think there are a lot of blogs that explain the consequences of a vandal or spammers actions. I am here to explain what potential consequences are and why it matters. I am not the best writer but as a reporter of spam and vandalism, I have seen first-hand how wiki editors feel, and believe me, it is not good.

One of the first consequences of spam and spammers is that it makes the wiki hard to read. Looking at a wiki's Wiki activity it gets really clogged and makes it hard to know what the actual editors are doing. If someone has a question it is hard for other editors to see and can leave a questio…
