Help?

My username was "dabest4life." Yesterday i changed it to "Nasiaa." I was able to log onto my account (nasiaa) for a few minutes. Then all of a sudden, while my account was switching/sending info to my new username, something happend. I don't remember chaning my username twice and i don't even think that's possible. My name is the same as before except now there's an extra "E" at the end. It took me a while to figure out why i couldn't log on and i never requested for this to be my username so this is why im confused.. Was it a glitch?? Wondering if anyone could solve this problem? Or atleast tell me why this happend..
