It was a tough choice, but after reading through over a 1,000 of your comments (yes there were really that many!) and visiting an amazing series of wikis, we have chosen the community contest winners. The grand prize, free design work from Wikia’s Content Team and a feature on Wikia.com, goes to The Backyardigans Wiki. We were super impressed by Sandra Cheeks’ entry and the community’s efforts to grow their content and attract new members. They currently have a community contest of their own - voting on the best episode of the year. This is a great wiki and a deserving winner.
We also thought that the Godfather Wiki and Total Drama Island Wiki did a standout job with their entries, so they have both won spotlights for their wikis. Congratulations to all of the winning community members, and big thanks to the many incredible wikis who entered. If you have ideas for future contests or milestones, please let us know.
